Vince Horton

Vince and his wife, Leigh Ann, are the owners of AIT Site Development, LLC and AIT Life Safety, Inc. and he serves as Vice President of Operations. Since his graduation from UF in 1993, he has been involved in the commercial construction industry in Central Florida for over 20 years.

Vince is currently a member in the Central Florida Chapter of Associated Builders and Contractors, Inc. In addition, he also served on the board for the Central Florida Builders Exchange for seven years and was a past President. He was also a graduate of the Greater Orlando Leadership Foundation Class of 2004 and also served on the Board of Directors for the Christian Service Center in Orlando.

Vince is a longtime resident of Orlando and is actively involved in his community and his church. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with he and Leigh Ann's two children, Anna Kate and Chase, as well as fishing, hunting, and playing tennis.

Leigh Ann Horton

Leigh Ann is the President and owner of AIT Site Development, LLC and AIT Life Safety, Inc. along with her husband, Vince. Leigh Ann is a longtime resident of Winter Park and College Park and is an alumnus of the University of Florida where she got her Masters in Tax.

Leigh Ann began her career in New York with IBM as an accounting intern; later joining KPMG Peat Marwick in the Mutual Fund Tax Practice in New York and transferring to Orlando in 1996. In 1998 Leigh Ann joined Hard Rock Cafe International as the international tax manager. In 2000 Leigh Ann became a partner at CFO Strategic Partners, offering a wealth of experience for small to mid-size companies. In September of 2009, Leigh Ann left CFO to buy AIT Life Safety with her husband.

Leigh Anne was in the Leadership Orlando Class and Lifework Leadership 2003. She was named an Up and Comer by the Orlando Business Journal in 2002 and named 40 under 40 in 2006. She also received an Outstanding Young Alumnus award from the University of Florida in 2006.

Leigh Ann serves her community as treasurer for Summit Church and Grace Medical Home. She is also active on the board of the Orlando Chamber of Commerce, Florida Fellowship Foundation, and Summit Church, and has formally served on the Board of Directors of Second Harvest Food Bank, the Foundation for Foster Children and J4 Leaders. She has served as Admissions Chair at the Country Club of Orlando for the past three years. In her free time, Leigh Ann enjoys spending time with her husband and two children.
